P-1163 SILIFLEX HOSES
Application: For delivering liquid in the pharmaceutical and beauty cosmetics industry, edible oil and vinegar, wine and liquor lower 50% alcohol degree. The transparent stainless steel wire silicone hoses have the smooth inner and cover which can make the material flow smoothly.
Technical Description :
Reinforcement: without any fabric layers, completely transparent
Steel wire: one single 304 SS wire with wpace at 5 mm. Easily to be be bended, total tranparent, The SIP can be done under hihg temperature and high pressure. No smell, tasteless, non-toxic. Product will not prduce any decomposition after 180 degree Celsius *4 hours of high temperature Vulcanization with strong bearing capacity of negative and positive presure. It is highly transparent and the movement of fluid can be observed.
Temperature range : From -60 to +200° C
Standard/Approval : US Pharmacopeia Class VI-test Report; Compliance: FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 GB-4806.11-2016 GB-31604.30.
