F-1005 Flexible Hose
Application: Flexible Hose for high abrasive powder, bulk material, granulate and gases in food & pharmaceutical industry, Conveying of dry foods e.g. rice, cereals, sugar, milk powder, coffee, tea, grains. Vacuum conveying equipment, vacuum hopper, suction conveyor, dosing system, pelletizer/tablet prsses, Mixer, dryer, packaging machine, mill. Suitable for explosion zone.
Technical Description : Heavy duty, highly abrasion resistant, Odorless and tasteless, microbe and hydrolysis resistant, very flexible at lower temperature.
Permanently antistatic wall: acc. to ISO 8031 eletrical and surface resistance<10⁹Ω and in accordance with TRGS 727<,5*10⁸Ω.
Spiral: stainless steel wire (INOX) firmly embedded in the wall.
Wall: permanently antistatic premium ether-polyurethane (Pre-PUR®) Wall thickness 1.4-1.5 mm approximate.
Temperature Range :
From -40° C up to +90°C
Standard/Approval : Complies with EU EC 1935/2004, US FDA 21 CFR 177.2600
