Application: Food quality rubber hose specifically designed for short-term cleaning operations with saturated steam(up to +164°C) and hot water washdown services. Normally used in dairy industry, creameries and food processingplants for safe operations during hot water and steam cleaning processes.
Technical Description : Tube: High-Grad EPDM rubber, clear colour, odourless and tasteless, mirror-like, smooth. Reinforcement: Heat resistant plies of synthetic cord, embedded steel helix wire Cover: Synthetic rubber, blue, abrasio weather resistan, cloth finish.
Temperature Range :
From -40° C to +120°C
Safety Factor :
Burst pressure 3 times W. P.
Standard/Approval : Complies with US FDA 21 CFR 1477.2600 food grade certification.
