P-0052 PHARMACHEM™ HOSES
Application: Versatile suction and delivery hose specifically designed to convey a wide range of phamaceutical, chemical and alimentary products. Version according to EN 12115 Standards. Special UPE in-liner precisely designed to withstand contact with manifold aggressive chemicals.
Technical Description :
Tube: UPE, clear colour, smooth, conductive through a black UPE helix stripe, food grade. Reinforcements: Plies of high strength synthetic cord. Embedded steel wire helix. Copper wires(upon demand). Cover: EPDM, black and blue conductive. Abrasion, ozone and weather resistant, smooth, cloth finish.
Temperature Range :
From -35° C to +120° C
Peaks up to 130° C for sterilization, for a maximum of 30 minutes.
Electrical Properties : Type Ω/T according to norm EN12115(R<10⁶ Ω₂R<10⁹ Ω through the hose wall. Norms: EN12115-TRbF131/2
Standard/Approval : Complies with FDA Standards and Italian D.M. 21/03/73 and food-grade certifcation.
