P-0051 PHARMACHEM™ HOSES
Application: For the chemical industry, foodstuff, phamaceutical and cosmetic industry. Used for chemical and solvents, except for chlorine trifluride, chlorine and fluorine gas, oxygen difluride, phosgene and molten alkalis(for ex. dodium).
Technical Description :
Tube: TEFLON™ PTFE, co-extruded, clear/white pigmented, smooth. TEFLON™ PTFE is a polymer with excellent resistance to high temperature, mechanical stress and oxidation. Reinforcement: Syntetic plies, galvanized wire helices as copper wires to discharge static electricity. Cover: Sythetic rubber, smooth, green, abrasion, aging and ozone resistant.
Temperature Range :
From -40° C to +200° C
Safety Factor : ≥ 3times working pressure.
Standard/Approval : Complies with FDA 21 CFR 177/1550 standards, USPXXXVI Class VI, ISO 10993 section 5.10.11:2009, EUPOREAN REGLEMENT 1935/2004/CE AND 10/2011/CE, 3A Sanitary Standard ClassII.
