P-1125 SILIFLEX HOSES
Application: Widely used for delivery high and low temperature food, cosmetics, chemical materials or the fluid of pharmacuutical industry and biological engineering such as the suction of food or dairy products; conection hoses for food machinery; oil prodution equipments and medica equipments, etc.achinery; oil prodution equipments and medica equipments, etc.
Technical Description :
Reinforcement : synthetic 4 layers of textile plies
Steel wire: 1 single 304 SS Wire with space at 10 mm.
Very Flexible, Smooth inliner, Easy to be washed, no water sticking. The SIP can be done under high temperature and pressure. Odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, does not contain any additives and plasticizer. Product will not release any decomposition after hight temperature of 180 degrees Celsius* 4 hours of hight temperature vulcanization.
Temperature Range :
-60 to +180 degrees Celsius(-75° F/ +365° F) and it can reach 220 degrees Celsius(392° F) in a short period of time
Standard/Approval : PLatinum cured silicone hose passes US FDA21 CFR 177.2600 food grade certification. Comply with GB-4806.11-2016 GB-31604.30.
