Application: Widely used for delivery high and low temperature food, cosmetics, chemical materials or the fluid of pharmacuutical industry and biological engineering such as the suction of food or dairy products; conection hoses for food machinery; oil prodution equipments and medica equipments, etc.achinery; oil prodution equipments and medica equipments, etc.
Technical Description :
Tube: Silicone rubber, translucent, food and phamaceutical quality, odourless and tasteless, mirror-smooth. Reinforcement: High strength polyester plies and built-in helix wire mad of stainless steel AISI302. Cover: Silicone rubber, teranslucent, food and phamaceutical quality, odourless and tasteless. Smooth. It does not generate any residuals in comparison with the traditional cloth finish. It can easily be washed with any cleaning products..
Temperature Range :
From -60° C to +200° C
Sterilization with steam+135° C, at 3.5 bar for max.90 minutes.
Sterilization with hot air at +200° C, for max.30 minutes.
Repeatec sterilizations at intervals of less than 1 hour may seriusly affect the mechanical features of the hose.
Safety Factor : ≥ 3times working pressure.
Standard/Approval : US Pharmacopeia Class Vi-test Report nr. 1526-6/15; Compliance : FDA-Test Report nr.225-I bis/2013.
