P-0201 SILIFLEX HOSES
Application: Silicone hose for suction and delivery, used for conveying high-purity products, food and alcohol liquids with a concentration of up to 96%. Advanced reinforcement layer structure is used for applications requiring excellent bending performance and vacuum conditions.
Technical Description :
ITube : Silicone rubber, translucent, food and pharmaceutical quality, odourless and tasteless, mirror-smooth. Reinforcement : Hight strength polyester plies and buit-in helix wire made of stainless steel AISI304. Cover Silicone rubber, teranslucent, food and pharmaceutical quality, odourless and tasteless. Smooth. It does not generate any residuals in comparison with the traditionalcloth finish. It can easily be washed with any cleaning products.
Temperature Range :
From -60° C to +200° C
Sterilization with steam+135° C, at 3.5 bar for max.90 minutes.
Sterilization with hot air at +200° C, for max.30 minutes.
Repeatec sterilizations at intervals of less than 1 hour may seriusly affect the mechanical features of the hose.
Safety Factor : ≥ 3times working pressure.
Standard/Approval : US Pharmacopeia Class Vi-test Report nr. 1526-6/15; Compliance : FDA-Test Report nr.225-I bis/2013.
